LMMS - how to create a sustain pedal audio effect for a piano SF2 soundfont

To emulate a piano sustain/sustaining/damper pedal effect in LMMS, you click on the track > the settings window opens > click ENV/LFO > click RESO > click the Envelope graph so the line turns green > double click the REL button and set the value to 1.
